Hall Peters creates work that focuses on color and texture to communicate emotion and narrative. His work aims to immerse viewers, encouraging them to discover stories and personality within each piece. There is intention within the abstraction. The artist hopes to evoke specific emotions and to elevate the spaces where his art resides – creating interaction between himself and the viewer. Peters draws inspiration from his environment be it at home in New York City, Northern California, or on the road. Further inspiration his drawn from his extensive background in graphic design and printmaking.
