Lucas Greffenius Scheuer, a 2001 baby, was born in NYC and grew up in Southampton, NY, a small beach town on the eastern end of Long Island. After graduating from the Loomis Chaffee School in 2019, he went off to study Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design.
Scheuer is consistently trying to perfect his skills while seeking exploration in different mediums and alternative methods in the creative process. Half German, half American, Lucas’s design sensibilities have been influenced by different landscapes and cultures around the world.
The historic elegance of the European aesthetic combined with the grit of New York culture has birthed an elegant, yet utilitarian sense in Lucas’s style. Through his construction and attention to fine detail, he brings purpose to every choice made in the process.
